About Nexo
A focused contractor, licensed for the full scope of finishing work
Nexo is a licensed building finishing and interior fit-out contractor based in Kuwait, holding contracting licenses across 18 scopes of work.
Who we are
A single point of contact for every trade
From tiling, stone and marble installation to aluminum and door systems, interior finishing, air conditioning and mechanical/electrical work, and full building renovation, so a single contractor can carry a project from structure to finish.
We work with homeowners on villa and apartment finishing and renovation, and with commercial and property clients on fit-out and building completion work.
Registered & licensed
Formally registered and licensed in Kuwait
Nexo's commercial registration and contracting license are a matter of public record, not a claim.
Our standards
What we hold ourselves to
Licensed scope
Every service we offer traces to a specific contracting license: no informal or unregistered work.
One point of contact
Tiling, aluminum, MEP, painting: coordinated by one contractor instead of separate trades you manage yourself.
Clear communication
You hear from us at every stage — scope, timeline, and any changes — not just a first quote and silence.
Finishing quality
Work finished to a standard that holds up to inspection, not just to a first glance.
